you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return:

• Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

• It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment.

Return Window

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it
In the original packaging
Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

How to Return

To initiate a return:

Contact our customer service team
Provide your order number and reason for return
Receive your return authorization and shipping label
Pack the item securely and ship it back

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us and send your item to our returns address.
